The New York Campus is conveniently located in Airmont, NY, situated in the stunning Hudson Valley’s beautiful Rockland County.

With a staff count of 12 and over 90 students, New York is one of the largest OneSchool campuses in North America. At the New York Campus, the students and staff enjoy the great outdoors and utilize the picnic area to conduct special lessons such as science experiments and nature lessons.

Our school has 2 distinct areas: the upper campus and lower campus. The upper campus has a large learning center and 5 classrooms. Each classroom is equipped with a Zoom room system. The design of the learning spaces is clean, functional, and modern. The lower campus has a spacious learning center with 2 classrooms. The school has a large all-purpose room for lunch and school assemblies and whole group activities.

The SDL environment enables our students to embrace the ownership of their learning, allowing teachers to set high standards for students while also providing individualized instruction to those requiring remediation while allowing teachers to provide enrichment opportunities for students ready to take their learning to higher levels of critical thinking and engagement.

Furthermore, the structure allows teachers to meet the needs of a variety of learning styles while engaging all students in the learning process, without skipping a beat! This is something that just cannot be done in the public sector. The staff of the New York Campus is committed to a culture where students are encouraged to develop their full potential and acquire the discipline of learning how to learn in a student-led environment, while upholding strong core values that support rigorous and meaningful curriculum. Staff work collaboratively to keep activities and tasks meaningful and student-driven, while meeting the distinct needs of the individual student.
